The Trust Account Responsibilities and Retainer Task Force (TARRTF) has made new recommendations and the BOG has accepted them, relating to flat fee agreements and true retainers. The Supreme Court has yet to adopt the rules. Read TARRTF recommendations at the WSBA site here.
