The Courthouse Facilitator helps people find and fill out family law forms. They are not lawyers and cannot provide legal advice, but they can help correctly fill out the necessary forms, and are extremely knowledgeable about court room procedures.
Rachel Munoz-McCormick is a court house Facilitator and she can help you with finding the correct form and with court room procedures.
Maria Malkasian is also a courthouse facilitator.
The Facilitator’s office is located in room 212, on the second floor of the old courthouse, just before the breeze way to the new courthouse building. Please note, the court house facilitator does not provide legal advice. Clallam-Jefferson County Pro Bono Lawyers and Port Angeles Pro Bono provides free legal advice for qualifying low income people.
