The Clallam County Bar Association is holding a judicial candidate forum for the candidates for Washington State Court of Appeals Division II, District 2.
Attorney Tim Ford is challenging the incumbent Judge J. Robin Hunt for a seat on the court.
Both candidates will be present to discuss their judicial philosophy and to answer questions put to them by the moderator.
The event will be held Friday, June 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Port Angeles City Council Chambers.
The public is invited to attend.

Our bar lunches are moving downtown! Michael’s has graciously agreed to be our gathering spot for future lunches. Let’s help Michael’s serve us all better.
This is the link to the website www.michaelsdining.com. Once there you can peruse the lunch menu (sans the specials of the day). If you need help navigating, let me know. Michael’s is also working on a lunch menu that may be quicker as well. They would like us to notify our server at the beginning of lunch if we need to be out by 1:00. Those individuals will get priority service.
Also, if you have a 1:00 ex parte hearing, I encourage you to call in advance (phone number is also on the website) and order so you won’t be late to court. If we all work together, we can have many more bar lunches at Michael’s.
