SNACCMS expands the idea of "extracurricular activities" by identifying Sports, Nature, Arts, Culture, Clubs, Music, and Spirituality. Research shows these types of activities involving positive adults focusing on helping kids learn to build skills and think for themselves, builds stronger neural connections to the frontal lobes of the brain.
