Mark Baumann was elected, in August, 2014, to be the Founding Chairperson of the Washington State Bar Association’s new Low Bono Section. The WSBA Board of Governors voted to approve the request of the Low Bono Section Formation Committee to create a new Low Bono Section.
Low Bono refers to reduced fee legal services. Low Bono is a new concept in the law and the section’s current mission will be to explore what Low Bono means, and promote the Low Bono concept in Washington State and throughout the world.
