Settlement conferences now done by judicial officer

January 13, 2014

Effective February 3, 2014, a Judicial Officer will be assigned to Monday settlement conferences on a monthly rotational schedule. Judge Erik Rohrer is assigned to February 2014, and Judge George L. Wood is assigned to March 2014. Further assignments to be scheduled.

She will focus her discussions on RPC 6.1 and MCLE 103(f) and on how local attorneys can – and should – become involved with Pro Bono’s new program: Law at The Landing.
