Mark Baumann and Rachel Hardies will host free 1 hour webcast re-broadcasts of this new Psychotherapy Networker series, each Wednesday evening from 5:15-6:30, from January 23-February 27, 2013, in the fireplace room at Mark’s law office.
Speakers include Dan Siegel, Steven Porges, Norman Doidge, Rick Hanson, Louann Brizendine, and Michael Gelb. Discussion will follow afterwards for anyone interested.
Neuroscience offers great insight into conflict management. These seminars, interviews with leading professionals in the field of counseling, provide practical client counseling solutions based on brain research.

It is my pleasure to assume the position of President of the Clallam County Bar Association. I look forward to another year of stimulating CLE courses and networking opportunities. I hope that these event can assist in elevating not only professional competence, but also courtesy and integrity of our legal fraternity.
I would like to thank our immediate Past President, Simon Barnhart, for his leadership, diligence, and wisdom. Simon will continue to be a key adviser and resource to the Bar Association during this year. I would also like to thank the members of the bar for allowing me to be your president.
As has been the custom, I will continue to send emails to alert the membership about upcoming social lunches, CLE and other events.

Please join us at the Jefferson County Superior Court located at 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA on Friday, January 11, 2013 @ 3:00 p.m. for Judge Elect Keith Harper’s swearing in ceremony. Take this opportunity to greet our new judge and to wish Judge Craddock D. Verser well as his 8 year term officially ends on January 13, 2013 with Judge Harper taking the bench January 14, 2013. There will be light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments served with plenty of time to meet and greet all that are in attendance.
Please join us in wishing Judge Williams a happy retirement. A reception will be held in the Board of County Commissioners’ meeting room on Friday, December 28, 2012, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of a cover charge, please bring a new toy, game, coloring book, or article of children’s clothing to donate to Clallam Jefferson County Pro Bono Lawyers. All items collected will be distributed to children who accompany their parents or guardians to consultations at the Pro Bono office.

The Clallam County Bar Association will host its annual Christmas party at the Red Lion Hotel (same venue as last year) on December 11, at 6:00 p.m. Please mark your calendar now. A Punchbowl invitation will follow.
